Our policies & procedures
Our guests book their tickets online and your Host will have all your information on their device.
As much as we enjoy meeting our guests, your Hosts will respect social distancing.

We will not able be to verify the vaccination status of our guests so we have established these policies. Guests will not receive a refund if masks are required and not worn and the tour can't continue.
Our History Tour guests are no longer required to wear masks. However, you may wear one at any time. Guests may want to arrive with a mask in case the tour enters a building or space where face coverings are still required.
We continue to require that our guests bring a mask on our Food Tours. There are many Individual businesses and venues may still require properly worn face coverings.
Our hosts are instructed not to lead a tour if they are not feeling well. We will try to find a substitute host, if possible. We will fully refund a tour if a host isn't well and we are not able to find a substitute.
We ask that any guests who are not feeling well stay home. We will refund a single guest who is not able to join their group. We will offer a reschedule for any entire group that is not able to attend their tour. Our standard refund policies will be in effect if a group is not able to reschedule their experience.
Our hosts will have the ability to make tour changes that promote the safety and security of hosts, guests and tour partners. They will also have the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with our safety policies.
Walking Food Tours
Food Tour availability is limited during the pandemic. We will review reservation requests to determine if we are able to offer an experience that matches our high standards. We will limit the group size to 8 guests.
Walking History Tours
These tours are nearly all outdoors. You will have space to observe social distancing. We will limit the group size to 10 guests unless a single group requests a larger tour experience.
In order to respect the wishes of our Tour Host team, we are currently not accepting reservations for chauffeured tours. However, our transportation partner ensures that strict guidelines are being followed for the cleaning of their vehicles. We never mix groups on our private chauffeured tours.
